Hello we are brand new to public mobile. I bought a Sim card and registered online with my old phone number but for some reason the number is assigned me is one digit off. This means that I have someone else's phone number and his name is Randy. How can I felt this fixed?

Are you getting all Randy's incoming call and text messages?
If no, I don't think so as you did not supplied Randy account number and his full name for the port. Send a private message to modertator to fix your account.

@gracieloves99 I'm not sure what you mean, the phone number is wrong? Was number still active on your account with your previous provider?

You will need to private message a moderator. Explain the situation and they will help:

Current moderator hours are:
Monday to Friday from 8 AM to midnight Eastern time.
Saturday and Sunday from 8 AM to 10 PM Eastern time
Dont cancel your service with your previous provider until the port has been successful. keep using your old SIM until it stops working, then you will know your old number has been ported to your Public Mobile SIM.
