Number transfer not working

When I try to submit a ticket it wont let me submit or it gives me some error 404. I've been trying to resolve this for hours now, going back to the chatbot and then ending with an error and having to re sign in again only to have the same problem and not other options or solutions.

what is the problem with the transfer?
did you just not able to receive incoming calls? if you can make calls but just cannot receive call, it is a porting problem, you can call porting transfer support, i will send you the number to your community inbox
