Number transfer issue

I am porting a number over from a corporate cellphone plan. The number seems to have transferred (when I call the old service they say it’s been transferred and it’s showing up in the PM app) but when I go to settings on my iPhone the old eSIM still shows with my old number (that I want) and the new PM eSIM shows with my new PM number (that I don’t want). Can anyone help? It’s been 12h since in initiated the transfer.

@jordan123456  Make sure the PM eSIM is enabled to primary and disable the old eSIM and reset network settings or you can confirm with porting team call the number in the link to confirm the port

hi @jordan123456 make sure the old sim card is removed (or disable if the old one is eSIM)

then goto PM eSIM and make sure if is set as Primary 

go to iMessage settings and remove the phone number.

Reboot and go back to iMessage settings and enter the correct number to re-register
