Phone number port from a landline had an issue but support and correspondence is stuck in the public mobile app and I can't log in because the two factor authentication SMS is being sent to the landline which has not been ported. From what I can tell, I need a support agent to assist with the process but can't access the proper channel for logged, documented resolution and completion of the phone number port without logging in.  Just posting here to try to get in touch with someone at Public Mobile who can assist in real-time for a new customer..

Thank you! I was able to send a DM to "CS_Agent" and successfully got in touch with a customer service agent within a few minutes to verify details and continue the process.

hi @HGerber

it is normal with the 2FA trouble at this time because the port from landline has not been completed

porting from landline takes around 3 to 7 days.  Until the port is done, you won't be able to get the 2FA code and hence cannot login.  And your PM phone will only be able to make calls but not receive.   Please wait until the port is completed before logging into PM account

if you really need to contact support, please message them instead:

@HGerber

Landline will not need the 2FA code to port over but porting landline will take about 3 days to process. So continue using the landline for now.

You can dm a CS_Agent to confirm the porting is in progress.

Once porting is completed then you can login to your account but keep a note of your email ID and password so you won’t forget later.
