Number not in service message when all is current

I was calling my husband towards the end of last week and I got a message that his number was not in service.  Tried again and it was fine.  This weekend my Dad experienced the same when calling my number on two separate occasions. Has anyone else been experiencing this lately?  All of our accounts look fine.

Hey @Jedi1 

That used to happen with me. So what I did is I went into my network settings. I turned off automatic and picked just Public Mobile towers. Since then I've never been told they got that recording. My end thought was that they got that message when I was switching in between towers. But then again, this was just my thoughts. 🙂

Yes, everything else works fine, ie data, calling out etc.  We are getting failed calls sometimes.

but you can call outbound no problem and data service work??

you tried reboot the phone yet?? sometimes it help

if issue persists long. check with PM support and ask them to refresh the account
