I am new to Public and nothing is working! I can’t get into my account on the app because it keeps sending codes to my phone and they don’t come through! NOT impressed. HELP!

Did you call the number i gave you?

The restart and redownloading the app didn’t work. I’m now private messaging them as I’m not pleased with this service. Thank you so much for trying to help me!

Okay, uninstall the app and reinstall it to see if that will work if it does not work. 

Try to restart your phone. If still no, 

submit a ticket to the orange bubble at your lower right chatbot.

if that does not work, then send a message to cs

I already told Telus YES. The PM app will not let me confirm my identity. That is the problem.

I never took the old SIM card out.

Okay, I will send you a private message with the phone number to call them to redo it.Make sure you put back your old SIM card in your phone to get their text message and reply yes.

@Jenny15 you out the old sim back and still not get the code?? and you completed the activation using the PM  app??

Were you porting your number from another provider?If so, it might not be complete?

No. It wants me to confirm my identity and keeps sending the codes to my phone number, but nothing comes to my phone.

I can’t make outgoing calls or anything.

@Jenny15 the code was sending to your phone.  If you requested porting, the code was sending to your old provider's sim

and can you make outgoing calls at all on the PM sim?  We can help further based on this
