Hi Everyone,
Last evening I transferred my number to Public Mobile and today when I need a code sent to my number nothing though and I am having a hard time getting ahold of customer service as the chat is down I think, anyone know why I am not receiving new texts outside my contacts?

@ChloeMatt Did you have a temporary PM number before porting in your previous carrier number? If so you may need to go into your Eversafe profile and change the phone number there to match your ported in one.

it is normal after porting. Those 2FA would not come to the correct carrier immediate. Part of the reason is some system have that as a security in case of port fraud.
But after 3 to 7 days, all your 2FA text should come without problem
