@EdN My guess is it will come back, as PM seems to try to compete with Freedom who still offers it. But they may be adding/removing it to send a message to those that switch to it temporarily for a trip and then immediately switch back (rather than buying a roaming add-on). It sends a bit of a message that it's not a sure thing and to scoop it up when it's available (and keep it). Who knows though.
@EdN If you see a plan that you want, schedule the change for next renewal before it goes away, even if you only just renewed (but being careful not to accept the change immediately option of course!). You can always change your mind and cancel before the renewal date if you don't need it after all or something better comes along. That assumes that you know in advance when you're going to need it and there's always going to be the danger that the plan you are currently on won't be there when you want to go back to it.
These plans come and go and were listed as "Limited Time" or "Promotion" so you have to be quick to grab them, especially these days with the ever-changing plans.
