@SirTie  do you have an android? If so, ensure Chat Features is turned off.

1. On your device, open Messages .
2. At the top right, tap More. Settings.
3. Tap Chat features.
4. Toggle "Enable chat features" off.

Also, ensure you do not have any numbers you want to receive from Blocked in you contact list.

Or, settings are set to receive from only those listed in your contacts.

Only certain numbers...

Have seen this problem in iPhones. Turn off the iMessage and reboot.

you can try reseat the SIM card and Make sure your phone is off before removing your SIM card,

1. power off your device

2. take out the SIM card,

3. waiting a 1 minute,

4. put it back and power on,

5. toggling airplane mode off/on,  

and you can try to reset network settings and Changing APN Settings,

for iphone

Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords,

Turn your data on to send a Picture Messaging in world-wide,

if your data is off and your home internet Wi-Fi is on is not going through the Picture or a video messaging, 

you have to do this to going through you will need to turn your data on to send a Picture or a video messaging in world-wide,

make sure your Data is on.

and do Rebooting your phone ,This is quick and simple,to refreshing your network,

*what is meant by rebooting the device turn off and turn it back on.

HI @0PX9O4   seems like you have been with PM for sometime.  So, it was good and just having issue?

What kind of phone you have? Any chance you just changed phone?

Try changing to 3G Only for couple days and see if it helps

What kinda phone are you on? Do you have iMessage or RCS or "chat messages" turned on on your phone?
