Not receiving phone calls

Hello,

I'm able to call out and send/receive text messages but all phone calls to me are immediately dropping. What can I do to correct this?

Same this is happening to me. Long time PM user. As of this morning I am unable to receive calls from Bell or Rogers numbers, however I am able to make outgoing calls and I am able to text. Is this happening to anyone else?

How many bars are showing on your phone?

Try switching to 3G on your Cellular Network.

Number has been ported been a user of PM now for almost 3 years. Problem started as of this morning
