Hey there, I've requested multiple password resets to cancel my plan and can't get an email to reset my password and my saved password doesn't work.

Since you're back...what recording do you get when you dial 611? If you know your 4 digit account pin then you can use it to turn off autopay. You can also hear your renewal date and then pause your credit card the evening before until mid-day of that day. That will not let it renew and go into suspension. Then after 90 days the account will die.

Sometimes it may be in the junk folder. Have you checked there? I've had some password reset links sent there.

Porting out your number will automatically close your account but if you want to remove any payment card, then you need customer service for that.
