Help, please to send pics on my phone

I cannot send photos on my Iphone when using Messenger. Why not? Someone said it is one of the limitations of a Public Mobile account. True?

@wiggymac - you have been around a while. Is this for a new account or a new phone?

I presume you are meaning iMessage, try 1 or more of the below:

• restart your phone
• toggle into and out of airplane mode
• perform a Reset of the device's Network Settings
• move your sim card to another phone to see if MMS/pictures are sending

edit, ensure MMS and group messaging(why not) is enabled on your iphone.

Check to see if your iPhone Settings:

- Cellular Data is enabled (turned on)

- Messages>MMS is enabled

- iMessage is enabled

Which "Messenger"? Is that Facebook? Apple iMessage?

@wiggymac hi no there are no limitations because you are on Public, you need your  data on to send mms on messenger
