This should be fixed now, it was related to the RCS problem.  Your iphone may also have a carrier update pending (mine does).  Settings>General>About.

@jmwang

Reset network settings!!! Send a text message to an android and it should switch to RCS after you send one text message

if that does not trigger it, then send a ticket to PM and ask them to reprovision the sim

Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA  code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)    When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

But if you have trouble using Chatbot to open ticket, then message PM using this link:

PM will reply to your community inbox,  between 9AM-10PM EST (Mon-Sun), check here:

Had problems with group text messages not being received, tried toggling RCS messaging on and off. Now RCS messaging says it is waiting for activation. Have tried resetting network settings, restarting phone. Group messages still not working as well.

I tried all of these but still not working. I do not see anything in my settings for group messaging though.

Hello @jmwang

Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings, enter your passcode, and confirm the reset. Then reboot. See if that helps.

If not, try to go into Settings, Messages, toggle off messages, reboot phone, go back into same and turn back on.

Last option, you may need to log out of your iCloud account, reboot and then resign in to reset your connection with Apple.

hi @jmwang

try to turn off MMS and Group Messaging from the Settings menu first

Then reboot phone and reenable and test again
