Hello, I transferred my phone number from Telus to Public Mobile. I had two days worth of issues and then they gave me a temporary phone number to activate it with and then you said you would change it at your end so that my original phone number that I transferred would be the one I would be using but now my phone is using both those numbers and it’s causing serious issues with me getting calls and text messages. How do I get rid of the temporary number that I received from you?

removed the Telus sim from cell yet ?

hi @Firststreetpete 

did you remove the old Telus sim card or disable the Telus eSIM?. Try that and Reboot and Reset network settings
