When I log in, why does it say that my services are on hold due to the expiration of my subscription? I am on auto top-up and my credit card has not expired.

do you really have no service? if you have the service and just the site saying account on hold, you can ignore if for now. Sometimes site not update as quick. It happened before
but if you have no service, then it is an Autopay failure, you need to make a manual payment. Use this link to make payment:

(don't forget E911 fess if it applies)

it could be just a browser cache problem. Please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in)
if it shows on hold still, check your credit card to confirm. If really no PM charges, make a manual payment. Click Pay and Resume service now
