Any ideas on how to resolve the issue of not receiving sms verification codes?

just verification codes. Still receiving text. Set up a service request.

How long have you been pm customer? Did you port in your phone number or pick a new one? If it is a new number is it also a new area code?

Do you mean in general or just today?

If it is only today, just turn your phone off and go for a leisure walk. PM has major service issue so whatever you try do, will not properly work.

Are you receiving any texts at all? Or is it just verification codes? As you have probably seen many are facing an issue that has affected all service.
