Not receiving SMS texts from anyone with WIND mobile?

Hey everyone

Using an iPhone 7 and I cannot recieve any SMS texts from users with WIND mobile. Any suggestions with this? I've done the factory reset on my phone with no success.

Note: I transferred over from WIND a month ago. Could that be it?

I really hate Wind, they don't understand that when you port they should cancel the account.

Well said @hummuschips! Give this man some money off his bill. WIND did think I was still a customer, had to call them and make sure they cancel. The second they did, texts started coming in from WIND users!

Definitely sounds like a Wind problem, but not %100 sure

You transferred from Wind, did you port your number?

Regardless, it shouldn't really matter.  The problem is you can't receive SMS from anyone on the Wind Mobile Network.

Can they receive your SMS?  If they can receive your SMS, it is not your phone.

That's almost exactly the case.  Wind is probably holding onto the text messages because their system thinks you are still their customer.  I'm not sure if you'll be able to call them to explain the situation.  You can also try contacting the mods here but you know well about the backlog of issues they are currently dealing with.
