I still haven't received the Sim I ordered over a month ago. Who can I connect with to check my order (my oder 351417 .Feb 12)  Thank

FYI...PM is offering free eSim for all new subscribers to current plans. If your phone accepts the eSim, you can get up and running right away on any new account.

hi @Quanle it shouldn't take that long. Please ask support agent and ask them to let you rebuy from Telus or Koodo store and reimburse you the extra
