Buy a voucher from a large selection of stores or online and enter them in through 611. Or use the real time payment method in a few stores. This will reactivate the account and regain services. Then you can take your time with agents to find your email address to login. In that meantime, check all of your inboxes for emails from here (not the community) and that will be your login email address.

@Sacepcion you tried Reset Password link there? You can put in all possible email addresses you might have used and see which one get the reset email from PM
