Not getting text verification codes when signing into banks, etc.

Hi Everyone, 

I haven't been receiving text messages with verification codes when online banking is asking me for them. I did receive one from Public Mobile to verify my identity, but for some reason, other ones are not arriving. What could be the problem.

@wcjbic  Yes it has to do with the changing of carriers to catch up with the change

Does it take a week even if my phone number stayed the same?

@wcjbic  If you just joined PM it can take a week before you start to get the 2FA from you bank as it just hasn’t caught up with the provider change yet
