I've been on the 120 day/12GB plan for years now but I must have opted out of getting SMS offers at some point as I never get them. I'd like to switch over to Koodo on their latest offer ($35/month for 5GB), but my number isn't showing as eligible. Why would I not be eligible?
I have texted "offer" to all numbers between 5129-5133 but have not received any response back.

Not in my case. I only have one refer-a-friend credit ($3), one loyalty credit ($3) and the autopay reward ($6). I don't consider that a boatload lol!
Hey... this is me! Well, $6 loyalty for me, and community rewards last two months at $15 each.

Because some rather modern plans are getting migration offers as well as some of the ancient plans
@stonechucker wrote:Same boat here... moderator team told me the Fall Promo group wasn't targetted this last round of offers (so why did some get it, and I didn't???)
I'm now going to switch to the current 4.5GB for $40/30-day promo, as that group has been getting offers recently, and seems to be a reasonable switch for me anyway as it's a bit more data, now Canada-wide calling and still the same cost per 30-day cycle x 3 🙂
Problem is, I have to wait 80+ days now so I don't pay more! Also waiting for a pair of SIMs to arrive so I can refer a couple friends.

I had a number that never received a txt
It was still eligible and had no issues placing an online order
Yes, I have. It said my phone number was invalid.

Not all numbers receive the offer for some reason it is a targeted promo. Not sure why some don't get the offer but that is the way it has been. Have you tried contacting the mods to see about then adding you to the eligibility list?

@Varekai79, you are not the only person with this plan and not getting the offer. If might be worthwhile to follow up with the moderator team to see why. The moderator team can be reached via private message using this link. Please include in the private message account number and PIN code. Even if you have previously unsubscribed from the text offers, texting "offer" should have still had it sent to you if you were eligible.
Thank you. Why wouldn't I be eligible though?
