Not being able to make or receive calls

My husband is unable to make or receive any calls. When he calls someone it says your number cannot be completed as dialed. When I call him it says I don't have US roaming on my plan. I can call other people. Just not him. His account is active and up to date. What is going on??

If above solutions did not help. there have been more voice issues with the roll out of VoLTE.  Your husband likely needs to contact customer service agent to troubleshoot the account. Similar erroneous warnings about US roaming.

@Sam31  this error recording could in fact mean the account was suspended due to non payment.  It could be auto payment failed.  Please have your husband to login to My Account and check the account status (or use *611 to check)

If account is active, then try to reboot the phone once
