I have noticed that since overnight, there have been many fixes made!! I can see all the price plans, how's, I could see my whole account early this morning, other parts are just coming up black with an error message. Now I was able to get through to a CS member and had my issue solved. It took more time than usual, been they have quite a que to work through. I just thought it might be nice to let all of us who are frustrated to know PM is really working on things!! I could create a ticket number but, it still says unavailable. So I wish everyone a fantastic day and hope each of your issues will be resolved quickly!
I wanted to post something positive because I don't hate PM and they save me a lot of money on my phone plans! I was about to go back to a landline with the insane prices out there. So hold on and really they are trying to get to everyone or keep trying!
