The postal code saved in the Public Mobile account profile and the postal code entered on the payment page when entering a credit card are unrelated and do not need to match. While there is a postal code that does need to match that of the credit card in the payments sections, it can be different than the postal code in the Public Mobile name and address profile.

maybe get a voucher from Shoppers drug mart and then load the voucher using *611 or My Account
if you can still wait, wait couple days before trying to add again
