I am helping my sister switch to Public Mobile, and everything has been going great up till payment, we put all the information from her Visa Debit and it keeps telling us
(We we're not able to process your payment. Make sure all information is correct or try again with a different card)
But my account accepts visa debit just fine. She called her bank and it's not on their end. We also are trying to transfer her old number. How do we fix this?

@Riot2092 Visa debit is definitely an acceptable payment method, make sure it is issued by Canadian or US banks.
Try using Incognito mode and see if it works
If not, you might need to wait a full hour to try again

I've used my visa debit, to make payments just fine before.

I was using a computer. I will have to try another browser. I even tried me card and it wasn't accepted. I hope to figure this out soon

Make sure it's a credit card instead of a Visa Debit card.

Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.
