i am new to PM, just registered an account and try to subscribe the $34 50GB CAN-US plan, but every time after log in, i got a "system error, try again later" msg and not able to go further (via web browser), any advise?

@RayLiang Then probably best to contact customer service, try the chat/message bubble at the bottom right of this page. It can be a bit quirky so if it doesn't work (it's the preferred and quickest method when it does) then send a private message to customer service using this link

even i select the $40 75gb plan, still get the same error, any advise?

@RayLiang Unfortunately that plan offer expired on March 4th. There are a couple of other good Canada/US plans available that are a few $$ more that may be of interest. BTW activation completion has to be via the Public Mobile app.
