I bought and unlimited talk and text plan but I’m not able to send or receive calls or texts.
When I try to make a call I get a voice message saying I’ve used all my minutes and I need to buy more, considering I have an unlimited talk plan, this shouldn’t be the case. My data has worked fine so I know the subscription should be linked properly. I tried turning my phone off and on, and double checked that the number matches on my account.
hoping to get some support on how to fix this asap

When did you signed up?

could still be needing provisioning from public mobiles end.
Are you using a physical SIM card or e Sim?
Try resetting the network connections, however swapping the Sim into another phone is another good option as suggested earlier.

I’m able to use data so I’m assuming the issue isn’t the SIM card!

@Spravatoo , it is possible that the account provisioning was messed up during the activation. I suggest using the chat symbol on the lower right corner of this web page and initiating a support ticket to have your account reset. That should resolve the talk and text issue.

@Spravatoo do you have another phone to test the sim card?? this can force a sim re-provision and could resolve the issue
if that does not work, open ticket with PM support:
