@Cardy Seems like you have done all the basic troubleshooting. If incoming/outgoing calls are still not working, you might wanna reach out to PM CS_Agent.

Thanks. Tried data without wifi and texts are okay, no calls though.

Thanks. Texts are working and Internet too, just not incoming or outgoing calls. Calls were working fine this morning then stopped late afternoon.

Thank you, yes I did all that, however it did not solve this issue.

Did you port your number?

Were you Ever able to make and receive calls?

How about other services? SMS/Internet? Do they work?

Are you a new customer?

 

Have you tried rebooting, resetting network settings, or resetting your SIM card? Is your account Active?
