Not able to make or receive calls.

For 2 days my husband and myself have not been able to make or receive calls. We have data and can still use the internet. I can’t even call *611. What do we do?

open ticket with PM support and ask them to fix it,

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

Once ticket is submitted,(envelope icon on the top right) CS_Agent will reply you there.

Log into your My Accounts. What is the status of each account. Active??

Reboot both phones. 

Are you trying both from a dead spot by any chance? Try a different location.
