Hey folks,
Recently we ported two lines from Fido. One of them works well, while the second got stuck. We confirmed the transfer SMS, but nothing happened. Not able to make calls or send texts. The data works ok.
We already tried to restart, reset network settings, etc. Nothing helps. Called Telus, but they suggested to try a Public Mobile store, just to realize that there are no su stores anymore...
Any help appreciated.
