Not able to login in the proper account

Hi Public Mobile Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

Before transferring my number to Public Mobile, I updated the email related to the SIM card. The problem is that I have the same email in an account for the Public Mobile community, and now, when I try to log into my account to control my current subscription, it sends me to the new user screen. Could anyone help me with this issue?

Have you tried clearing the cache before logging in? The Community email and account email can be the same. You just cannot already have that email from a prior account. Each account must be separate. Once you sort it out, you can log into Eversafe and change the email address.

try once more using browser with Incognito mode

if you still got the new user screen, then it means the system cannot find your My Account.  PM can help.  Just message them here
