I’m at the airport, on the way to the US and I can’t seem to purchase the add on package I need. I keep getting the message that it can be done right now and to try again later.

@Sally6 , try clearing app cache first if using the app and incognito mode if using a browser.

@Sally6 Maybe try for the app instead of website see if that makes difference , but if on the website try incognito / private mode . If your still having issues you can ask support to help you also

PM payment is trouble, sometimes you need to wait long time to try to get it working
you are in Canadian airport? can you check those convenient store there to see if they have PM voucher to sell? Best way is to get voucher and load voucher using *611
or you might need to buy voucher online to load the account with fund first. Try ding.com
