Hi I've purchased several phones from Public Mobile, one is completely dead now and another has a battery that keeps dying. Where do I find my receipts for these and how do I go about dealing with returns if it is under one year?

Where did you put your reciepts? I'm assuming there was a shipping order that came with the phone and an email confirmation of the purchase. You will be able to find the purchases on your credit card.
Once you find the reciepts and you have backed up your data on the phones, gathered the accessories ( just in case) head to your local telus store that handles warranty repairs ( you may want to call first) and see what they can do....ask for a loaner if needed.

They have a one year warranty.

@JanTanton If you just got it within a month, I think you can return it for a full refund device.return@publicmobile.ca
if it is over one month, you will have to work with Mod to get it fixed or exchanged.
