did you get the error about long distance calls or you are out of minutes?

try reboot the phone as well as try your sim card in another phone if you have physical sim

that is weird, usually problem with incoming

try reboot your phone and try to call by putting a 1 the front.  If you already tried with the 1 in front, try without.  And try different numbers

if still not work, at least tell us what error you got
