So today I bought $30 to top up my account, but it only allowed me to use $25 of it. The place I bought my minutes couldn't even add them for me. They issued me numerous new cards to try and none worked. I changed my plan, and then the $25 I added disappeared and said they were debited back. I'm not sure where they were debited back to, since I used a top up card with purchased minutes. Then when I tried getting NEW minutes to add it wouldn't allow me to add anything. Can a moderator help me somehow? I called the toll free number but the girl on that end said I needed to escalte it here first.
