I make this post because my credit card has been charged with AutoPay yet the payment history does not show the funds has been received to pay the plan. There was a similar situation happening last month and I have been informed that it is because it was because of a glitch. So now I do not know what is happening.

Is your service working? If it's not and your card has been charged, then you'll need a moderator to fix this.
