Not able to access messages on voicemail

When I try that number it doesn't seem to work for me either. It gets to some kind of voicemail system but when I enter my number it says invalid. Maybe that reference needs to be updated. When calling a working number it will go straight to your inbox without needing a number.

Yes IT was going to my voicemail but I could not listen my messages as IT Said I got none at 902-580-4001 (Nova Scotia) but other number 778-580-4001 worked

Check 'Voicemail number' in your phone. Maybe it got corrupted?

What message do you get when you call vmail (press 1 on phone dial). Does it go to your vmail box at all?

Thanks!!!  I'm using Android and have been using the other number for the past 4 months without problem before...Are There many other access number?

You need to set the voicemail access number in your dialer. I wonder if you're checking an older voicemail from a previous provider. Maybe it shouldn't be still working.

All plans are Canada-wide so any access number will work. But there are many, in many area codes. Are you using iOS or Android?

I don't know why this number Works but it functions normaly as voicemail and still not the other...

Try shutting off and restarting your phone, then calling the voicemail number again I believe it's +13065804001 if I'm not mistaken.

It's conecting to my voicemail but just Says no messages and I left some myself...

Are you getting the voicemail notification on your phone? Or they say they left a message? Call 1 7 7 8 5 8 0 4 0 0 1 and see if there's anything different there.

Does it say no New messages or no messages at all?

Usually phone should have indicator in the very top part of the screen if you have new messages.

Did you accidentally marked them all as 'old'?

Best test would be if somebody calls your number Now and leaves you a message so you can see what is happening.

No error!  I get to my voicemail but it just Says that There are no messages...but somme people left some!!!

If you're on the $15 plan maybe you ran out of minutes. Accessing voicemail is a call that uses minutes.

HI @DDP   you got the problem by pressing 1?  What happen if you call yourself from another phone?  does it go to your voicemail and can you access that way?
