I successfully transferred my number on Thur but I can only make calls. I submitted a ticket and hope someone can help me with a solution.

I have the same issue! So far customer support has not been able to fix it!

Hi! As soon as I switched from my old company to PM the only thing I can do is make calls. I can't receive or send texts and I can't receive calls. My data is working, yes.

Hi @Charla, were you able to receive calls before? What about texts, can you send and receive? Do you have data working?
Your best bet would be to open a ticket through the Chatbot:
