I have an email address linked to my account that I NO LONGER have access to. How do I change it if I no longer have access to the current one linked to my account?

If there is no profile option on the app or website then submit a ticket on the Chat bubble or dm an agent to help you change your email address.

I don't even see anywhere where that it offers "profile" as you mentioned @will13am - I see "my account" but no profile options

I get that @will13am but I am not allowed to change it from there without the current email being active.

@Ahart123 , email address change can be made from the profile tab of the online account. Select eversafe ID and you will see the option to change email address.
