Hello everyone, I paid my phone bill but I cannot make calls. It is no longer telling me that I don't have an active plan now. The calls go through but when the person answers it drops the call and says to check the number and try again.

Why you don't have a username?

Try rebooting the phone. If that doesn't work, try resetting your network settings as it will force to rejoin the PM network. If you're still having issues, contact a CS Agent.
