No service in US

Hi everybody, 

I would like to ask for help here. I'm just in the US (Alaska) and even though I bought US roaming bundle and followed all the steps to set up my phone, I have no service anywhere I go. When I try to set network manually to AT&T, my phone just wouldn't connect to it. Is there anything I can do?

Many PM customers are reporting no service is available while in Alaska due to shutdown of 3G network in US.

Contact the CSA and they'll refund or credit your acct.

If you can get to a Walmart....get a local sim and a cheap plan for use while in Alaska.

contact support team by CS_Agent  to remove it and get refund..
