No service and cannot login to my account

Help I have no phone service. I'm connected to public mobile but cannot make or receive calls. Android says no internet even though phone says 5G.

Also cannot connect to My Account. After login and 2FA I get a forbidden message.

Not sure how I'm supposed to get support. Can I go to Telus store?

It's a physical sim that I purchased at Telus. The phone was rebooted after inserting the PM sim

It's a physical sim and it is connected to PM. Android recognizes the connection to PM and has assigned me my ported number. I can make an outgoing call but it gets dropped right away. For data the phone shows 5G, but I cannot connect to anything

Are you running an Esim with PM? Have you disabled your original sim card in favour of the new Esim if this is the case? If so, try doing this.
