This whole area to North to Barriere and South towards Kamloops has had no service for the past 24 hours. Went out yesterday morning at 815am and hasnt been on since. Multiple people have tried to submit tickets through Telus and Koodo but for some reason they think they can text us or call us back when we have no service. Can someone please get this to the appropriate people. There as an accident 8km North last night and nobody had cell service to call for help!!

after the recent snowstorm, the tower or antenna must need repair and closest crew is busy with repairs in Kamloops area first. They'll eventually make their way north to your location.

No it doesnt show on the Telus Outage. I dont know if its because it such a small area that it doesnt get noticed. Its about 15 km North and South from that point and then your phone picks up service again. Very annoying!!

Its been over 24 hours now. Last time it happened about 2 months ago it was 48 hours. It seems to happen everytime there is a power outage the tower gets affected !! Very annoying

Since all these carriers has no service, it is pretty much confirmed. I wouldn't worry too much, it is widely affected in your community, I am pretty much it will be up soon. So, since when you had no service?

Yes, I have tried all those things but its the whole community that has no service and this includes Bell customers as well as they piggy back off Telus towers out there 😞

did you try reboot the phone? or Reset Network settings? or do you have another phone to test the sim card
Someone talked about outage in Nelson yesterday, I am not sure if it is related.
