Help!
Our credit card expired and we don't have a self-serve account because we weren't ever able to make one. When we go to create a self-serve account the error is:
The phone number entered is invalid or you may have created your profile already. If you've forgotten your password, please click here
Thing is, there is no email address associated to the account (to our knowledge), so we can't access our self serve if one existed. It has to be an invalid number!
We were going to just tough it out and manually top-up once our plans expired, but ever since our plan expired on Aug 17, the phone (iPhone SE and iPhone 😎 has not been receiving service, so we can't dial 611 to top up!
Please help us get connected to Public Mobile again!
