No response to assigned ticket for nearly a week

I was assigned ticket #196718-342 on May 8, 2022 but have had no response.  How do I get a response?  Tx.

They will usually respond quicker than this so It may have just slipped through the cracks, a private message will get it back on track

If you do not see a response in your private message inbox, then you should submit another ticket for CSA help.  Within 48 hours, you normally should get a response from a CSA. Typically within a few hours.
