Porting trouble

Hello -

I’m new to public mobile.  I tried porting my number from Koodoo and it did not transfer successfully.  I have read previous posters and responses saying to open a ticket with customer service.

I am also locked out of my pm account for some reason. 

I sent them an email from private messages yesterday and have not received a response.  Does anyone know how long on average it takes for agents to reply to requests?

it is an account problem and only support agent can help.

And you have done the correct thing to open ticket.  Did you check Community inbox here?  they reply to the Community inbox
