Sent message 4 times but no answer
Question: are we able to get the 25 and 24$ plans as it seems some customers on "red flag deals" say you can but luck of which agent you get

no, the plan is not supposed to be for existing customers. If agent gave it out, they are not doing their job
if you really want to check, message them again. They usually reply within an hour or two, but could be longer due to holiday
