No option to change plan

I've got the $15 plan, and have burned through about 800 minutes in the past 2 days trying to get through to the telehealth line. I wanted to switch to an unlimited plan, but it doesn't give me an option right now (so I've been buying the $5 add-ons, but I'm about to need my third one soon). Are others having this problem?

Meanwhile, call the 1 800 toll free number instead of 811 and you will no longer need outgoing minutes to make the phone call.

This blank plan stuff has been going on for as long as I can remember. It does not affect your service, unless in your case, you're trying to make a plan change. This problem is with Public Mobile's site and all anyone can possibly do is to try later. In many cases, the ingcognito mode and clearing browser caches is something to try but I'm unsure if that usually fixes things or if it's just sometimes a conincidence when the self serve site does start working again properly.

I'm in Toronto and they show up for me. Samsung tablet, chrome browser. Try clearing your browser history, go to private/ incognito mode and try again to change your plan.

@gnochistickate  I just tried Change Plan in my account and see all the current plans available to select.  Not sure why you cannot get that option.

Maybe try clearing your cache/cookies and a different browser using incognito/private mode.

Try clearing your cache and cookies then reboot.   Try logging in again.

If you still can't change it then submit a ticket by clicking on the question mark on the bottom right.

That's exactly what I'm trying to do -- and when I go to the "change plan" menu, it does not give me the option to change plans (see screenshot above)

@gnochistickate   I'm wondering if it might be advisable for you to upgrade to the $25 plan temporarily as that might be more cost effective.  You can upgrade now and then go back and schedule another change for the next renewal back to the $15 plan.  That way you will access to unlimited minutes and extra data for now.

@gnochistickate Try adding a voip app such as TextNow and use it over WiFi to make/receive /send calls and texts for free.

Try clearing your browser history, go to private/incognito mode and try switching to the new plan later.

I checked, the plans are showing here in Toronto for me.
