I need change a cheaper plan

I need change a cheaper plan,I know there is. But it doesn’t show in my list. I need the plan for 23 dollars one month    I need change that. If I can’t I may use Bell instead because it is pricey. Plz help me.

You can't downgrade plans anymore unless a cheaper one appears in your account. All you can do is try to contact customer service and ask if they will change your plan for you but they may say no.

Which plan are you on presently? 

Public mobile has changed to personalized customized plan offers to existing customers.  Unfortunately, the plans offered are usually more expensive than the present plan.
