Thanks for the help. I'm symptomatic and at high-risk, so at this point I just need to get through to my provincial health service and get a test appointment if there's one available.

That's exactly what I'm trying to do -- and when I go to the "change plan" menu, it does not give me the option to change plans (see screenshot above)

Thank you. The other phone number is currently so overloaded that it goes to a Service Quebec info person who has no authority except to tell me to try 811 again.

I am currently on hold with 811 (Quebec info-santé) and have been for the last 2 hours, and it is using up my minutes as we speak. I just bought the $5 add-on, and may have to buy another one before I get through to someone at the health line.
